⛔ NON-NEGOTIABLE 24-HOUR CANCELLATION WINDOW
Orders can be cancelled ONLY WITHIN 24 HOURS from the time the order is placed. Any cancellation request sent after the 24-hour limit will be STRICTLY REJECTED and NO REFUND will be processed. The clock starts ticking at the exact timestamp of your order confirmation email.

1. Why a 24-Hour Limit?

Our automated fulfillment and logistics system initiates the picking, packing, and shipping process very soon after an order is placed (usually within 24–48 hours). Once this operational process begins, we incur costs and cannot physically retrieve or stop your package from being dispatched. This policy ensures that we can maintain fast shipping times for all our customers.

For customized, personalized, or made-to-order items, we begin production immediately upon order receipt. Therefore, cancellation is NOT PERMITTED for these items, even if the request is made within the 24-hour window. Please double-check size charts and customization details before placing such orders.

4. Cancellation by Farhasyed

We reserve the right to cancel any Order in the following circumstances:

In such cases, we will notify you immediately and issue a 100% full refund to your original payment method. No deductions will be made.

5. Partial Cancellations

If you ordered multiple items and wish to cancel only a part of the order within the 24-hour window, please specify which items in your email. We will cancel the specified items and refund the prorated amount. However, if the order is already packed, partial cancellation may not be possible.

6. Post-Dispatch Cancellations

If your order has already been shipped (or passed the 24-hour mark), we cannot cancel it. However, you may return the item(s) once received, subject to our Refund Policy (note: you will be responsible for return shipping costs).
