⚠️ Strict 24-Hour Cancellation Rule:
If you wish to cancel your order, you may request a refund ONLY within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests received after 24 hours will be automatically rejected and no refund will be issued because our fulfillment process begins shortly after this window.
1. Eligibility for Refunds (Returns)
For physical returns (not cancellations), the following conditions apply:
- Timeframe: You must initiate a return within 24 hours from the delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of any odors (e.g., perfume or smoke). All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for refunds unless defective:
- Customized or made-to-order pieces.
- Intimate apparel (e.g., lingerie, swimwear) for hygiene reasons.
- Final sale / clearance items (clearly marked on the product page).
2. How to Request a Refund (Physical Return)
